MATT BESHARA is a shareholder with Ford Nassen & Baldwin P.C. He limits his practice to construction law and related fields.  He counsels contractors, sureties, and owners in general business matters, project planning and administration, and dispute resolution.  Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Beshara worked as a project manager for a national mechanical contractor overseeing the construction of commercial and high-technology projects.  He is certified as an Associate Constructor by the American Institute of Constructors.

Mr. Beshara is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
