TIMOTHY D. MATHENY is a shareholder with Ford Nassen & Baldwin P.C. He represents clients in the areas of government procurement, construction law, surety law, and litigation. He has experience in all phases of the public contracting process, including bid and proposal preparation, contract award controversies, and performance related disputes and claims. He has experience in litigation and dispute resolution before administrative agencies, boards of contract appeals, and litigation in both state and federal courts. He has drafted and negotiated a variety of contracts for contractors and owners. His construction clients include both public and private owners, commercial general contractors engaged in both public and private work, specialty subcontractors, and suppliers.

Mr. Matheny is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Texas, all courts of the State of Oklahoma, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals – Fifth, Tenth, and Federal Circuits, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Court of Veterans Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
