JOHN W. NASSEN is a shareholder with Ford Nassen & Baldwin, P.C. His practice concentrates in construction law, surety, construction claims, litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. He has drafted and negotiated a variety of construction management, architectural, and construction contracts for contractors, owners, and construction managers for major projects. His construction industry clients include owners, developers, and large commercial general contractors engaged in both public and private work, specialty subcontractors, suppliers and sureties. His practice is focused in Texas and the South-central United States.

Mr. Nassen received his B.A., cum laude, from Luther College, Decorah, Iowa (1973) and his J.D. from Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, Indiana (1976).
