JAMES L. DEEM is a shareholder with Ford Nassen & Baldwin P.C. His practice is concentrated in the areas of construction and surety law with particular emphasis and expertise in construction contract law, construction litigation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, and surety representation and bond claim litigation. He has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of construction contracts and related agreements, owner and contractor documents, as well as subcontract documents. His clients include owners, developers, commercial contractors, and surety bonding companies.

Mr. Deem is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Texas, the United States District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals – Fifth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
