Practice Emphasis

Gene Blanton is an associate with Ford Nassen & Baldwin, P.C. His practice includes the representation of contractors, subcontractors, owners, and developers in all aspects of construction disputes. His experience enables him to help clients resolve disputes through both litigation and mediation. Prior to joining the firm, he gained litigation experience at firms in California and Texas.

Mr. Blanton is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Texas, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, all courts of the State of California, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
