Practice Emphasis
Jessica J. Alley is an associate with the law firm of Ford Nassen & Baldwin P.C. She limits her practice to construction law and related fields. Ms. Alley grew up in a family whose business is construction. Her diverse background and experience give her a unique perspective from which to effectively counsel contractors and owners regarding general business matters and dispute resolution. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Alley worked as a law clerk with an in-house legal department in a Top 5 Fortune 500 Company dealing with real estate and construction matters and as a law clerk in the employment law division of a national law firm.
