Practice Emphasis

Danielle N. Senn is an associate with Ford Nassen & Baldwin P.C. She limits her practice to construction law and related fields. She counsels members of the construction industry regarding general business matters and dispute resolution. Ms. Senn represents public and private owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers regarding contract formation, design and construction defects, contract disputes, performance and payment disputes, delay claims, bond and lien claims, as well as other construction and general commercial litigation matters. Ms. Senn worked at the firm as a law clerk beginning in January of 2007 before graduating from law school and becoming a member of the firm.

Ms. Senn is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Texas and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

Ms. Senn a member of the National Order of Barristers, an honor given to only a dozen graduating students at select universities annually, for excellence in advocacy and service to the community. Ms. Senn also coaches the SMU School of Law ABA Negotiations Team.
