Clayton C. Utkov is a shareholder with the law firm of Ford Nassen & Baldwin P.C. and practices in the area of construction law with a focus on the litigation of construction disputes. Mr. Utkov has experience representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers in construction cases regarding design and construction defects, contract disputes, performance and payment disputes, delay claims, bond and lien claims, as well as other construction and general commercial litigation matters. Mr. Utkov has experience in litigation and dispute resolution before arbitration panels and trial courts. Mr. Utkov's clients include private commercial owners, commercial general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers engaged in both private and public projects. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Utkov was an associate at an Austin law firm.

Mr. Utkov is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals - Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
