JEFFREY A. FORD is the founding shareholder of Ford Nassen & Baldwin P.C. He represents parties involved in construction and government contracts. His clients include public and private owners, developers, general contractors, specialty contractors, manufacturers, insurers, and sureties. His practice covers all facets of the construction process, from the preparation of contract documents, counseling on business and legal issues that arise during projects, and resolution of disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

Mr. Ford is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Texas, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Professional Affiliations
Mr. Ford is an elected Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and has served on the Governing Council of the State Bar of Texas Construction Law Section, as Chairman of the Dallas Bar Association Construction Law Section, as Vice-Chairman of the American Bar Association Fidelity and Surety Law Committee and as Chairman of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a mediator and arbitrator and is on the American Arbitration Association’s Large Complex Construction Case Panel of Construction Arbitrators.
Mr. Ford has an “AV” Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating, a rating given to lawyers recognized by their peers for the highest levels of skill and integrity. He has been named a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers of America and Chamber’s USA America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
