Practice Emphasis

R. CARSON FISK is a shareholder with Ford Nassen & Baldwin P.C. His practice focuses on commercial construction disputes, primarily involving payment claims, termination claims, construction defects, delay claims, mechanic’s lien and bond claims, administrative actions, and surety claims. He assists clients in resolving disputes in all forums, including through negotiation, mediation, litigation, and arbitration. He additionally assists clients in construction contract and general contract drafting and negotiation. He also serves as a mediator.

Admissions and Qualifications

Mr. Fisk is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals – Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of Texas.

  • The University of Texas at Austin: Doctor of Jurisprudence (2003).
